Had a disappointing experience getting drinks with a group. We could not order at the bar, and we were required to pay together on one card, with a 23% gratuity automatically added to the bill. The rules of this were unclear (eg group size) and caused confusion.
Otherwise, this is a great location with great views. Food and drinks are good. Would recommend calling in advance if you are with a part of 4+.

Just got home from another dinner at the Rooftop. We live locally and have experienced the Rooftop several times. Food tonight was good - our server was okay - not great - and the volume of the band playing was way too loud and it was very difficult to carry on a conversation with my husband. This is not a band venue - and doesn't need music that is concert level. We saw several parties pick a seat towards the area where the band was playing only to move as far back as possible. We won't be back if this is the norm , but it seems local repeat business would be important. Hope to have a different experience the next time.

I've been a couple times to this place and it has a good atmosphere because of the live band. The service is a bit slow and there has been a guy who was a bit rude. They accidentally brought us an appetizer we hadn't ordered anf the waitress said we should just keep it but the attendant was reaching for it to take to the other table u til she stopped him. I also wish they refilled the waters quicker without having to ask. The food was okay, the chicken sandwhcih was a bit dry but the appetizers are pretty yummy. Their drinks are also very delicious

We had a large group who came on a Friday evening. Great vibe, really delicious drinks, but it wasn't until we went to pay that they told us they wouldn't let us split the check. Poor job, guys-- please tell your patrons up front that you don't allow that!!

Enjoyed the ambiance and food. Service was outstanding! It was a pretty cool night. With the outdoor heaters, the night was warm and perfect. No complaints here, great choice. Perfect place for receptions, shower, etc.

The atmosphere was wonderful...I would say an awesome place to go for a couple drinks with friends after work. The service was ok. Not bad but not great. The food...welllll ehh none of us finished our appetizers and we didn't order anything after that. With that said I would go back if meeting up with friends for happy hour ?
