Rustys is amazing many ucsb students will be delighted to try a local staple of pizza, I was born and raised on Rustys and it by far my favorite to eat in Santa Barbara very unique pizza like no where else I’ve tried anywhere both thick and thin are amazing

I was standing in line behind this customer and the worker was rude and belligerent to her. She asked for a mangers name and number and she wouldn't give it to her. When she asked another employee her name he just turned away and wouldn't answer her. That is unacceptable behavior when the customer spent a lot of money. The girl was wrong and instead of apologizing she made rude remarks!!! She messed up her order say your sorry and fix it!!! She made everyone there uncomfortable...never had I encountered a place of business being rude!!!

My family loves pizza and this is our favorite! Love that this restaurant used to be bank. The old teller windows are where you order. The private rooms in the back used to be a vault and the other executive bank offices. Pizza always outstanding

Had lunch here last week - convenient gourmet pizza in Goleta near the Courtyard if you are traveling. Lots of choices of pizzas and salads - just average on the taste side. The personal pizzas are very small. Probably some better choices in the local area.

We have had pizza delivered and dined at Rustys. I always get the El Diablo Mexican pizza which is very good. My partner gets the meat lovers. It's always consistent and is delivered hot. The salad bar has a lot of options and is good. The quick lunch special with a personal pizza, salad bar and soda is a good deal. My only complaint is that they charge extra for ranch dressing, but you can usually grab some at the salad bar

The employe gave my wife a hard time the manager did not do anything we did not no what to do or complain we did not enjoi our meal our first horrible expiriens at rustys

Came off at Goleta for petrol, en route from Monterey to LA. Really hungry and no time to lose so gave this place a shot. It's not got the most salubrious interior and the toilets are rather tired but, hey, the pizza is pretty good! Crispy, tasty and loaded with toppings. Cheap too. Salad just ok. An ideal pit-stop.
Never thought I'd be reviewing a Rusty's Pizza........I haven't been to one in years and probably never would have except that we went for a special function. This place even has a pretty decent salad bar. But, the pizza was really very good. Our fav by far was the "special" chili verde Mexican pizza. Delicious with just the right amount of medium spice. We also had the mushroom and onion - almost as good. And the BBQ chicken, which was our least favorite. Crust was good all around. And the beer and wine very inexpensive. Plus, the place was packed - easily 100 people, in addition to take-out orders and the kitchen crew handled it all very efficiently. We'll be back. Hope the chili verde pizza becomes a regular on the menu!!

This is not a fine dining place, there are no waiters. You order at the counter, and I was hesitant at first, but when the pizza arrived, it was great! This restaurant looks like a bank and I asked an employee who explained that the building was originally a bank. They did a great job of keeping the bank feel. The party room is in the bank vault. Great pizza, give it a try!!!!

The thin crust pizza is pretty good. The restautrant was clean. However, the staff seemed a little indifferent about mebeing thete.

Kind of a messy place and definitely average at best. I would order their pizza again if I wanted a late-night delivery. Probably wouldn't dine-in again. Price was right.

Rusty's is a favorite of our family. There are numerous locations in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties, but this one is our favorite when traveling up or down the coast. It is easy off-easy on the freeway and parking is plentiful. We try to arrive at lunch time, because they offer their "Express Lunch" for $6.99. It includes an individual pizza (our preference is the thin crust) with choice of two toppings, a trip to the salad bar and a drink. The pizzas are really good and the salad bar is amazing. It offers lots of fresh ingredients and delicious toppings and salad dressings. There are other items on the menu, but we never seem to get beyond the Express Lunch! The cheesy garlic bread looks delicious! The restaurant itself used to be a bank. It still has the old bank vault and tellers windows. Very cute.
