Salad bar, pizza and wings are good.

Clean place, workers are polite

So after having a quite day at the pool in our hotel. We decided we wanted something quick and easy for food. We googled places to eat not far away. Rusty's came up. The food was good but the place is lacking atmosphere. I would eat there again but I think we would have a takeaway next time. Maybe a little background music would make it feel more welcoming.

The junk AI they use for telephone ordering is absolutely terrible. I give the ordering service 1-star. They need to get rid of it and go back to live person.

Closed @ 11pm must be kidding. If the voice AI didn't take me like 30 mins to order on phone I should just went over. So upset with the voice bs. Get real people to answer the dam phone or I won't ever call rusty again and leave it 1 star unless u get real people. Go 5 when u do. Keep it original.

Pizza is fire. Beer was cold. Don't know what the straws are made out of but the pizza was made with magic.

The pizza is perfect! I’m a CA native but have been living in DC for the past 18 years and I was looking for Round Table. Rusty’s is easily BETTER! And I ordered this pizza at the SB airport and they got it to me hot and ready just before boarding took place! Top notch service!!

I ordered a Rusty's Special and was excited to try it. When they called my name they had a pepperoni pizza. I told them this was the wrong item and they said "no it's not", accused me of being drunk and refused to correct the order. They never offered to correct the order instead they said I had to take the pepperoni or they would call the police. I said that I will call the police. I thenajsed for the manager's name and they refused to give it. I asked three employees for the shift manager's name and they all refused to provide instead the manager threatened to call the police and I told him that I would call the police. I owmed my own business for 8 years and this the most horrible service that I have EVER seen.
