Sam's offers great and delicious sandwiches for a reasonable price compared to other restaurants in IV. They have very fresh ingredients and friendly and welcoming staff, would highly recommend! Will definitely be coming here again soon

Shady business practices led to an unpleasant experience. The food was decent, though I could tell the ingredients used were old. My main issue was with dishonest pricing and behavior. None of the prices on the menu are correct apparently. There is a piece of paper on the register saying the prices are different because of "inflation". Pretty sure that is not even legal to charge differently than what is advertised. Also the person making it kept saying he was going to add things without asking me if i actually wanted it. He would say "is cheddar good for the cheese" and "I will add this bread its a great bread" without mentioning that there was an upcharge for both. The listed price for sandwich was 10.99. that's all I wanted was the sandwich and that's all I said I wanted. Got to the register and the total was 15 dollars. I would be less upset if they were forthcoming with the prices. Won't be going back for that reason

Favorite sandwich place in IV and one of my favorites in the SB area. Go early in the day to see the owner Mehrdad and Frankie for the best sandwiches. I order the turkey avocado cheese with provolone on wheat and add salami, with all the fixings (except mayo). A sandwich and pint of beer on the patio, on a sunny weekend— nothing better.Vegetarian options: cheese sandwiches with all the veggies, they also have sides of fries and onion rings.

I use to be a fan of Sam's To Go but had never been to the IV location. I ordered #14 (turkey, bacon, avocado and cheese) on a French roll. It's supposed to come with mayo, mistard, pickle and pepperoncini. I asked for no pickle but I also did not get avo or pepperoncini. The bread was really dry as well. In total with a yerba matte and chips came to over $20. Very disappointed... I will not be going back to the IV location.

The two owners are sassy and rude, better yet they don't wash there hands after dealing with money and then make your sandwich without gloves, place needs a health check.

I could only eat half of my sub (veggie delight with bacon), it was not very good. The bacon was extremely salty and the side without bacon was flavorless, maybe some salt and pepper on that side would have helped. Would not get that one again. The other sandwiches were pretty good, no complaints on them. They are overall decently sized and are quite filling. I would say these sandwiches are a solid average. Not bad, but not great or special. Perfect for college students and anyone that's already in the area that wants something easy to eat on the go that is simple tasting. The inside of the establishment, however, does not look clean at all. I'm all for small low-maintenance places, sometimes they have the best food & I have been to many, but this one to me looked "dirty", not jus low maintenance.

I don't normally do reviews but I was beyond appalled with what I was witnessing. The owner of the shop was cross contaminating my food to the MAX!! He was not only doing cashier tasks, touching money and the cash register but also putting together my sandwich with his bare hands. The next day I got FOOD POISONING. This is not a safe environment to sell food. In addition, I saw him ring up my order and he added an extra $1 to my order which i'm guessing as his own tip. This is not okay, the owner is taking advantage of the customers with poor quality service and dirty mediocre food. Please don't go here for your own safety!!

I ordered a ranch for an EXTRA $1. And I confirmed with the cashier that there was an extra ranch and he said that everything was in the bag. Lo and behold, there was NO RANCH. Also, my friends ordered the Dutch crunch bread which is a $1 extra, and they did not inform them that the bread is a $1 extra. DOLLARS ADD UP
