Starbucks

I'm in the area for work and have been frequenting this Starbucks location for the past two weeks. The baristas are all very young, mostly like students of the nearby colleges, and just bursting with beautiful energy. I feel so welcome each time I enter the store, and it's not uncommon for all of the five or so baristas behind the counter to shout out a "hello" or "goodbye" as people enter and exit. They just exude good vibes. In particular, Preston is a stand out vibe booster. He's just so upbeat and engaging, and he always remembers me, so I just want to give a special shout out to him. Thanks to the whole team...management at this location seems to be doing something right :-) Good luck to all the baristas, wherever life takes you!!

We love this Starbucks. Excellent Service. Hard-Working & Friendly Staff. Great front patio with not ample seating. Plenty of room for more bistro tables 😉 COVID is past gone.. ... we weren't able to sit and enjoy the beautiful day but def a place to stop & relax and enjoy the passerbys.... It's Next to Sprouts 😃! My fav place to shop in this center-#Fairview #SantaBarbara

Not only too loud music but also instead of be a place to enjoy a drink and relax and a nice atmosphere unfortunately that's not the case

Warm and friendly staff and service! Ashley is particularly sweet- she remembers my orders and is always making sure I’m good to go! Best Starbucks I’ve experienced in SB so far.

Slow service, rude staff

If you have infinite time to kill while waiting for a drink, then head over here!! 24 minutes for a latte.

I ordered a large cappuccino, but I got only half a cup in my hand, which is cheating consumers!

We were in town for an Amtrak vacation, arrived and left via train. So we were on foot most of the time and this little coffee store worked out for us during our rambles around time on foot. Strolled in and had some coffee.

Since they remodeled this location it’s been terrible. The music is beyond loud, the air conditioning is making the place impossibly cold and the layout of the seating says “ get out”. It’s terrible. I think that was their goal. They don’t want people staying very long. So sad.

This location needs a manager that understands customer service. I always get my hot food after it has been sitting in some back counter, and not in the mobil pickup que. One again, my food is cold.
