The drinks are pretty good here but the service is on the bad side. Three times now I have placed an order for pick up, just to go in and have the person at the counter tell me they are closed for the day. This time the guy was not very nice about it as if it were my fault that they don't close their mobile ordering. Getting a refund is difficult since they make you go to the Ralphs cashier and there's no one ever really available. I think this is the last time I will be going here.

Charged me for a pickup order on Christmas Day, but the store was closed. I asked for a refund. They won’t give me a refund despite all 5 Starbucks employees I’ve talked to agreeing that they charged me without providing any services. The service rep said they need to make sure their district manager is properly briefed before providing me a refund.Absolutely terrible customer service and fraudulent to not refund me.Edit: responding to the store’s response to me to fill out a customer service form. I filled out this form more than 10 days ago and have had no satisfactory response.

Incredibly rude employee this morning who is apparently unable and unwilling to serve more than one customer refusing to take my order!!!! WoW!!!!! Not what I expect from Starbucks!!!!! Disappointed and you lost a customer!!!!!

Haha, I also had Victor as my register person (barista). He had my order ready to go in seconds. I ordered a caramel macchiato but then when I stirred the drink, Victor informed me that I could have saved money by ordering a caramel latte instead. Awesome advice, thanks Victor!

Victor was great with my order. Ordered a mango dragonfruit and he recommended me grab it with black tea and classic sweetener. So good! Will come by again. Plus hes cute.

Convenient, the usual Starbucks quality and staff we are accustomed to.
They have excellent customer service. It is always clean and service is very quick. The coffee is always perfect.
