Google lied about larger portions compared to other Taco Bell locations. Its the same size portion than any other Taco Bell I've been to.

Male employees are very rude only one female was able to help me they have on the app to come and pick up orders inside them ignore you because you follow their directions definitely wouldn’t even waste my money here asked for corporate number and was still ignored and this is the second incident that I’ve had to remain calm with these people and I witnessed him drop a order on the floor make eye contact with me pick it up and still send the order out change your online info and don’t tell people to enter the lobby to not even communicate just point outside that’s not how you talk to people at all

The inside is very clean and the workers are friendly and helpful. This taco bell is open pretty late, there's free wifi, and cheap snacks. What else could you ask for? Great for studying, usually not very busy

The best Taco Bell in town, and the original if I'm not mistaken.. (that still stands) I can't explain it, but the food is just better here... Milpas location is runner up... Because they have the best customer service there, and close to home. 👌🏼👏🏼💯 P. S. Were you aware that the Taco Bell on the Mesa in Santa Barbara actually charges more!? Likely an additional tax added for an, (almost) ocean view?? Is this common? 🤔🤔

Driving thru enroute to SLO, stopped with wife who enjoys Taco Bell food. She ordered through the app which was very easy. We waited in our car to receive notification our order was ready. Staff was polite when we entered, place was very clean with condiments readily available if desired. Food was hot and portions were generous (unlike other taco bells stinginess). Staff thanked us for our order too. They even have a telephone number placed on your order should you have questions or concerns. They actually care about your customer experience. While the interior is small and only had seats for two people, we were fine eating in our car. All the food (soft ,& crunchy tacos, bean burritos, double beef cheese burritos, that we ordered were very good and quite filling. I would return. Building is the original taco bell building, old mission style, very cute. Grounds and parking lot were clean.

I'm here right now and it says it's open until 2:00 a.m., yet at midnight the door is locked and they will only take mobile orders because they're trying to force you to use their app
