Cold, rude and unattentive hosts. Apparently reservations are made over RESY (as says on their phone recording) but once we arrived we found out that people “request certain tables”. Those said certain tables remain largely unfilled on this busy Mothers Day. Meanwhile we were being shuffled to a table in the blaring sun with a two year old. Common sense just didn’t prevail here. Wow!!! We are so glad our favorite spot has reopened. It is more pretentious and expensive than we wanted, BUT they have done a beautiful job of restoring this fabulous location and restaurant.

I had a wonderful dinner here with my parents yesterday. Can’t beat the ocean view at sunset and the cocktails were excellent. I had a High Fashion - a take on an old fashioned that made it super smooth and well balanced. The fusilli pasta share plate was perhaps my favorite dish, but the hamachi crudo was wonderfully crisp, light, and refreshing. The portions are very shareable and I’d recommend splitting dishes.
