My wife and I dined at Timbers on New Year's Eve and had a wonderful experience! Although it was very busy we were seated right away. Gino Stabile, the owner, was our server which made the experience all that much better. The food was great too!

We arrived on New Year's Eve for an early dinner at 330pm. It was nice and quiet! Our server was excellent! Food was great, drinks were great! This was our first time here as well.

We had never been to The Timbers before. We went for Christmas Eve the two of us. Parking was a little hard, but we found one far away from the entrance. After that everything was great. We had a great seat next to the window. The service was excellent. I didn't get her name, but she was very attentive without being intrusive. She was friendly and polite and efficient. They did have a special for Christmas Eve. My husband had that and I had the shrimp which was delicious. There was a huge party that night which explained the parking lot, but it didn't interfere with our meal at all. They were in another room out of sight and sound and didn't interfere with our service. The food came out quickly and hot. Highly recommend!

Nice decor, has a nice fireplace fire going although the fireplace smoke came inside the dining room a bit. Food overall very large size but pork rib was tough. Beef rib was good and the shrimp skewers were excellent.

Our first time to come for dinner and to sit in the dining room instead of the bar. After so many enjoyable lunches in the bar, this was a big letdown. Steak was overcooked and they couldn't fix it. Server was nice but very inexperienced. Talked to manager but she was defensive. Owner tried to help but the meal had been pretty much derailed. If we ever return we will sit in the bar. What a bummer. Such a cool dining room with so much history. Hopefully this is not the norm.

I and my son had a crummy steak there. We ordered Ribeye and what we got was very tough and stringy with lots of silverfat. The cut looked nothing like ribeye, more like a thin sirloin or New York at best. Taste was ok but way too tough for a Steak restaurant. Boo.
I ordered the Chicken Steak, no flavor whatsoever. I had better country steaks at other restaurants. My husband orders the Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti. The spaghetti sauce tasted like if the cook had just opened a can of tomato sauce and added it to the pasta. I didn’t like the food. Sorry. Won’t be coming back.

This is a nice place for lunch. The food is excellent, but the decor is a little dated. It’s interesting that is situated right beside a 76 gas station. But the tri-tip sandwich and the three meat burger were excellent. The food was wonderful. The service was terrific as well.

The restaurant decor is what you'd expect from the name Timbers. Huge timber wood throughout and fireplace and lighting make you feel you're are out in the mountains somewhere. All of that was nice and cozy family feeling. I opted for a bbq meal in this atmosphere. half chicken was moist and I had the bbq ranch beans side and vegetables. It was a good portion. I have had better bbq sauce. And it seems the beans had some of the same flavor that I wasn't fond of and wish I had had a really good sauce instead.
