You can almost never go wrong with Wing Stop, except when you do. This chain in the heart of Isla Vista serves up (relatively) fast food. My go-to item is the boneless wing combo, usually mango habanero or spicy Korean flavored. Occasionally during a night or lunch rush, service can be extremely slow and items run out. However, what else can you expect out of a restaurant open during the spooky hours in this town. Beware, the chicken in the sandwiches is not always cooked fully and they may stop taking orders before closing. Also, have found bristles from their sauce basting brush in my wings. Some say it adds extra flavor.

I thought the deal for 20 boneless wings and large fries for $16.99 was fair.Customer service exceeded expectations.Store is small with limited parking, but clean and a shared patio outside.

I've been to quite a few wings tops in my lifetime and I'd say this is a decent wingstop. The food took about 15 minutes but that's typical for all wing stops. The cashier was very nice. The restaurant was clean and kept together. There were lots of places to sit and eat. The order I chose was the chicken sandwich meal. I got a Louisiana rub chicken sandwich with a cherry coke and lemon pepper seasoned fries. It was so delicious. The Louisiana rub was buttery and savory with lots of different flavors. The lemon pepper fries were salty and lemony and tasty. Id recommend this order to anyone who goes here.

Ordered a Medium set with 4 mild wings and 4 garlic parmesan wings (boneless). Wings were excellently fried - crunchy on the outside but moist on the inside. While the taste of garlic could be more potent, the garlic parmesan wings were well prepared. However the sauce for the mild wings were too much on the sour side. Fries were flavorful but unfortunately not served piping hot. The mustard dip complemented well with the wings and fries but were way too mild and sweet. Service was reasonably good but some improvements needed regarding the cleanliness of the indoor dining area.84% (B+)
