Good frozen yogurt and lots of toppings to choose from, but WAY OVERPRICED!!! My daughter and I had 2 small cups bill was $30! I won't be returning anytime soon

Monday April 7, at 9:20 or so I walked in to learn that there were only two flavors available. The worker, A young woman with red hair and arm tattoos began the cleaning routine but was being rude by bumping into people who were in line without greeting folks that were walking in or saying “excuse me” to those who were near. This interaction has caused me to think twice before going back there. I felt bad for the students that tried to leave IV for a little bit and being met with no yogurt options and no proper customer service there is just unacceptable.

It was a sunday 12pm and all my family were waiting the store open to get our favorite frozen yogurts. I had to walking into the restroom and clean my hands. That was a unpleasant disgusting dirty restroom that i could not even find paper towel to dry my hands. Store was just opened and the restroom had to be clean right? Nope it was terribly disgusting. Shame on you guys.I am sure robots could do better cleaning.

Yogures is okay. But we notice that something we come at 9pm and by 9:30pm staff starts cleaning and when they move furniture. They make a lot of noise. Making very uncomfortable the last minutes in this place.

This place is very expensive- over $16 for two very moderate portions… and then the dreaded suggested tip screen comes up 😒 It tasted good but not worth it! Staff not very friendly either.
