We were a large group, it was so fun. The only issue is if you go before dinner time, the bar and food counter are both closes.

Today we were 4 friends, we played 8 games, we drink 2 small beers, 2 pitchers, 1 watermelon vodka drink, 1 hamburger and 4 pairs of shoes, a waitress charged us $142 for what we consumed in food and drinks and the cashier charged us almost $300 more for 8 games and $25 for 4 pairs of shoes, I don't know if the price is normal but I feel like $300 for 8 games was too much. $467 it's a god price? First and last time going.

Waited over an hour to bowl, only to be told there were no lanes—despite many sitting empty. No explanation while we waited. Staff were short, curt, and standoffish.

Unprofessional and not worth the time. Skip it.

Great place for bowling and arcade. Mainly fried food so wish there were better options. The staff is really friendly.

Hey, so I went to the bowling alley and it was pretty fun, but the games were expensive and the pizza wasn't that great. I think the new owners are not doing a good job compared to the old Zodos. I think they're getting their pizza ingredients from Albertsons down the street. You should just go to Rusty's across the street and then come here for the bowling. They have a lot of new lights and screens, and the games are expensive, but the bowling is still fun. It used to be much better though. I guess we just have to accept change.

Smith is coming

Thanks for doubling the prices and killing zodos.

PSA avoid the online food ordering if you can. Or just avoid the food. The food was mediocre at best. They have menus that tell you to order online, but apparently the system is finicky and they’d rather you order at the bar. I should’ve asked for a refund for the food upgrades I paid for and did not receive. At least the facility seemed clean.

Why did they have to change it. Bring back my childhood

SHANE is an incredible manager! I walked in and he knew exactly who I was and why I was coming. He made my sons Spencer’s birthday seamless with how attentive, kind and informative he was. Bowlero could use 10 more of him!!!!!

Over a week has passed since posting the below review. You will notice that most of the one star reviews will have someone respond and then ask you to go to there site so they can “investigate”… well. Guess what . No word, no form of communication. No one cares. Thanks for being the worst part of our day guys… fake kindness is worse than rudeness.

My family and I love this place. However, the manager who was here on 9/8 at 1pm that would not give her name to us when we asked, told us that our 1:30pm reservation was not on the books for then and we had it instead for 3pm. My wife showed said manager our reservation for our time to which she said “that’s not what I have. I’m sorry there is nothing I can do”. Mind you I have my newborn, and my 2 other under 10 kids here with me.

The manager offered us nothing until we called their sales team (which the manager would not provide any info on how to contact them) and they finally set it strait much to the dismay of the manager who was obviously bothered that she was wrong. We would have walked out but we paid online. I wish the nightmare ended here, but they got us to our lane a half hour late (2 hour booking) and about 20 minutes into our first game the lane broke down. They then moved us an over to another lane and it took about another 15 ish to get us up and going again. Why? because the lane we moved to had a bunch of trash and the lane was not working and we had to have them reset it. Finally we got some food and got to bowling. (the wait staff was awesome so props to them)

So we got a game and a half in and all of a sudden the lane closes down… we ask why this happened and (our reservation was from 1:30-3:30.but mind you we had about a 50-60 min delay) We asked to be compensated for the obvious error on there end and our server (not the manager by the way) said “sorry I know it’s frustrating but corporate won’t let us do anything”….

So let’s be real here…. We make a reservation for 2 hours and get about 1 after the lane and the miss-hap with the reservations and the lane breaking down. We’re down about $200 and they can’t extend our missing time that we paid for not is there any kind of compensation. The extremely unhelpful and rude manager didn’t even apologize for the reservations… a server had too…

An absolutely horrible experience.

Old white guy asked us to throw our last ball and decided to let every other lane keep going, got upset and asked if we’d like it if he came to our job late.
