Some guy here reached over the counter and put a tip for himself while I wasn’t looking I only realized because I saw my account was charged $14.45 and the drink online was $6 I was already home and didn’t go back but I have always gone to this store but this is the first time this has ever happened to me very disappointed they would hire someone like that.

I visited this Starbucks and not one employee acknowledged me standing in line by the register so I went to the pick up side to ask them about my order. The barista seemed annoyed that I asked he a question. None of the employees spoke to anyone entering.

I would not recommend this Starbucks. They ran out of everything in their front display so no Pellegrino, waters, juices, etc. Ordered a latte -it tasted like water down burnt milk.

We could not go through the drive-through because we are in a travel trailer. The workers refused to serve us because we couldn’t fit through the drive-through. We offered to walk up or go to the door but very the very rude worker refused to help at all. Not impressed with the customer service!
