My son had the worst experience at this location! Normally he has never had a problem when eating at this location but today was on a whole other level! He was eating and dropped some of his food on the floor when one of the employees walks into the restaurant around 4pm. He asked the same employee for napkins to clean up the mess he made and as my son was cleaning up his mess he over hears the same employee yell to another employee named Veronica in the back telling her how he eats like an animal ther is so much food on the floor. Can you imagine hearing that all while you are taking the time to clean up the mess you made! This is unexeptable!

Some restaurants are not a good fit for drive thru. You have to use a touch screen to enter your order. Every step needs a touch...condiments, lettuce, bread and cheese selections. If you're getting multiple sandwiches the people behind you are in for a long wait! The next stop is the window. No one there to greet you and collect your money until the order is complete. A very useless feature. I'll be walking into my next Subway next time.

went in ordered a sandwich right. some curly haired dude looks at me straight in my eyes and spits into my sandwich. proceeds to add mayo instead of mustard and tries to get me to pay for it. i walk out and he slams the sandwich at my car

Of course food and cleanliness is the most important thing but so is customer service and being made welcomed. The employees who work there are for the most part, courteous and nice but the manager or owner can take a lesson on friendliness and customer service from his own employees He was even more rude when we were on lockdown.
