This place is certainly one of the most pleasant place in the area. Whenever I visit this place I am exceedingly glad. They hold their very high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they give. You will be always satisfied with this restaurant. Very recommended.
This place is a hole in the side of another restaurant. It's small, there's about 4 booths to the right of the entrance and 6 small tables to the left. It appears a little run down, but what do you expect from a hole in the wall? I ordered the chili relleno special- 2 chilies, rice, beans and a side of tortillas. The rice was okay, not a lot of flavor but mixed with their house salsa was better, I'm not big on rice that has peas, carrots and green beans but I know...
They have all the classic Mexican foods: menudo, juevos rancheros, burritos, buche etc... I was able to sample some of them and although I wasn't amazed by the food I wasn't disappointed either. I appreciate that the menu had a variety of options and that the restaurant was clean. Laid back family friendly weary traveler rest your bones type feel to the place. Just remember to bring cash. CASH ONLY!
