Good food, good service.
Average Carl's Jr experience. Drive through was quick. Food same as I've had at all the other locations I've been to. Service was friendly.
I think what sets this Carl's Jr. apart from most fast-food restaurants is the exceptional staff. Always a friendly smile and good attitude! I also like the location because it's just off the 5 Freeway in a quiet, less congested area than other options along the way. The town around the restaurant looks a bit run-down, but it has so much potential. It's really a beautiful area near the top of the Grapevine.

Carl's Jr. in Gorman California offers quick tasty meals with fast and polite service. The drive-through is efficient, and an employee named William is very nice, efficient, and enthusiastic. He greets customers happily, makes them feel right at home, and gives recommendations like the new western chicken sandwich. Orders come out great, fresh, and hot, with awesome presentation. However, the restaurant has very very limited menu items compared to bigger cities and much higher prices because it is only Carl's Jr or McDonald's for fast food in Gorman. There are not enough options for diabetic people or those that don’t want sugar or artificial sweetener, as only tea, water, and zero coke are available. The men's restroom needs a bit of attention as the door was broken. Overall, it is a good experience with great customer service.
