I also like the location because it's just off the 5 Freeway in a quiet, less congested area than other options along the way. The town around the restaurant looks a bit run-down, but it has so much potential. It's really a beautiful area near the top of the Grapevine.“

“My husband and I felt it was necessary to submit a negative customer satisfaction survey for this location due to receiving two orders that were missing items and sub-standard customer service when we returned to the restaurant to retrieve them. We had requested a call back for this experience and within 24 hours a general manager was in contact with my husband and made great effort to apologize for our inconvenience and for the not-so-customer friendly interaction with the employee that assisted him. I appreciate that they actually considered our survey and took the time to contact us and did a great job of ensuring that we weren’t left with such shameful experience. We go this restaurant often since there aren’t very many options in our neighborhood, and it was the first time we had an issue to this degree there. There have been less significant problems, but this one was more impactful. We seriously considered not returning, but now that we have been shown that we as customers matter and our experiences matter, we will give them another chance.“
