“We had an excellent experience visiting Jack in the Box.

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and provided great service. The parking lot was also clean and well maintained during our visit.

“We're on our way to San Francisco and we got hungry at 12 PM and we stopped by the side of the freeway, we didn't expect too much, we did want the fries hot but it came lukewarm, and the burgers are a little bit wilted..... Service was great & the workers were happy but food was just mediocre.“

“nice people good service“

“Food was hot and fresh, server was very polite and quick service. Kept our drinks full which is big for our family. Will definitely come back.“

“I feel bad. We got here at 10 PM on a Friday night after sitting in traffic on the Grapevine for three hours and we get to this Wendy's a couple minutes before closing we put in our order on the kiosk go to the bathroom come back and the place is closed, but fortunately, the workers left the food for us and we're incredibly nice. Honestly give these guys a raise. They were so nice to us.“

“This is the second restaurant of theirs I’ve visited, and it’s fabulous. The service is absolutely excellent—the staff are so friendly; I’m really impressed. I also loved the other location in Castaic. They are the best, and they’re right on my way. Thanks for your kindness.“

“My husband and I felt it was necessary to submit a negative customer satisfaction survey for this location due to receiving two orders that were missing items and sub-standard customer service when we returned to the restaurant to retrieve them. We had requested a call back for this experience and within 24 hours a general manager was in contact with my husband and made great effort to apologize for our inconvenience and for the not-so-customer friendly interaction with the employee that assisted him. I appreciate that they actually considered our survey and took the time to contact us and did a great job of ensuring that we weren’t left with such shameful experience. We go this restaurant often since there aren’t very many options in our neighborhood, and it was the first time we had an issue to this degree there. There have been less significant problems, but this one was more impactful. We seriously considered not returning, but now that we have been shown that we as customers matter and our experiences matter, we will give them another chance.“
