We went to IHOP #4033 in Winston Salem NC for lunch today (April 21). There were two women working the dining room and greeting customers. One appeared to still in her pj's with a head wrap on. They weren't at all interested in being friendly and semed to be put out that we wanted a booth instead of a table. It took over 30 minutes to place and get our order. My husband and I visited IHOP St. Peter’s MO for breakfast on Saturday, April 18, 2026. Our server, Latoya, provided great service initially. However, the situation changed when it was time to pay.

Had a very sweet server but had an issue of an overcharge to my card. The manager at the Springfield, Missouri location on Kansas Expressway is a total A**HOLE. Refused to refund the balance difference and was absolutely rude about it. Sorry but I won't EVER be back!
