Starbucks Coffee Company is a fantastic spot to pull over on I-5, whether traveling north or south. The complex is quite spacious, featuring a Starbucks and other shops nearby. It can get crowded during long weekends and public holidays, but the restrooms are conveniently located and well-maintained. The design layout is confusing, with a weird awkward entrance, high low steps, and confusing parking. It is a smaller few place to sit, almost feeling like a gas station coffee stop. Staffs are friendly. One barista working late shift was a good sport about serving a family fifteen minutes before closing. Another employee provided exceptional customer service, speaking to the flavors of the food options. On the Sunday after Thanksgiving, the staff were nice, inviting, and talkative. The coffee tasted great, just like always, and the cozy feeling was enjoyable.
