Bostan by Grandma is all about attention to detail. The decor is immaculate, and the food presentation is equally beautiful.
The restaurant feels alive. No two tables are alike, every corner is decorated, and live flowers are all over.
The menu has a mix of traditional Armenian plates and Americanized offerings, along with an extensive coffee list.
And it really feels like everything here is meant to be shared. Not just because the portions are large, which they are, but because the presentation inspires conversation, whether it's from beauty or nostalgia. It really feels like popping into a long lost family member's house for a meal.

Friend and I shared the Oval Plate, the Mini Cheese Bread and a Honey Cake and WOW. Insane. I felt like I was having breakfast in Europe. Lovely staff, beautiful little cafe, the decor is so quaint and floral. The plateware, some hand painted, some with beautiful little flowers. Really felt like you were in someone’s Grandmas adorable home. Food was fresh and delicious. Soft boiled eggs were perfect. Will have to come back!

One of the most terrible experience I ever had with a brunch place. I have ordered a meal not just it took almost 40 minutes when it’s not Busy at all, they made a mistake with my order. So I ask to redo the meal and after I pay almost $50 they told me to redo the meal I need to pay extra $15 is this a joke? What a terrible customer service and zero knowledge about how to keep Customers Happy. Don’t believe to the reviews and don’t fail into the new construction place because outside is beautiful but from inside is terrible.

Super cute place. Food was excellent. I don’t know about a daily or multiples times per week stop though. Per their menu everything is organic and or grass fed which I appreciate however it comes with a price tag to match it. Can get loud inside if enough people are there. Overall great experience for me except for the cost in my personal opinion. The meal and juice pictured here was $32 including tip.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant! I never leave bad review but this place deserves zero stars for being very rude to me and my group of friends.
Based on my observation, they prefer to serve Armenians and did not seat us after waiting patiently outside for thirty minutes while they were accepting walk-ins that came in right after us! My friends and I asked them kindly why they did that but we didn’t get a straight answer from them but said and we will be seated next I promise. We then waiting patiently and no one helped us until we decided to order to go. We walked up to the line and when it was our turn to order only coffee to go the man said kitchen is closed! Lmao! We said we only wanted to order coffee to go and the guy said no. We asked them if they ran out of ingredients because we wanted a reason why he wouldn’t take our order like the rest of the people before us but he simply said no orders kitchen is closed. So we left speechless!!!

The interior of the establishment was appealing; however, I was not impressed with the food and drink offerings. Additionally, the prices were on the higher side, which may deter future visits. It's worth noting that a 7% service charge is applied automatically to the bill, so it's advisable to consider this when calculating any additional tip.

Had a terrible experience today trying to seat first , then was rejected by employees since they didn’t have open tables. Those young inexperienced unprofessional unfriendly employees most likely family members are greeting you with zero smile and not even trying to help. Finally got a seat and walking in to ask for menu and a young girl with mad face expression handed us the menu , we sat and waited forever no one came to take the order. Walked in to see if anyone is coming, same unfriendly ignorant faces told us we gotta wait about 20 minutes to order. We left unhappy, walked next door whata peach cafe where we had an amazing late breakfast! Whoever runs the bostan gotta stop being cheap and hire another cook and normal employees to to serve. This was bizarre!

Great place for a healthy, flavorful and fresh breakfast or brunch. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere and interior was very inviting. We ordered khachapuri, basturma omelette, tomatoes omelette and honey cake. We were visiting from Canada and we're happy our friends recommended this place.
