El Queso Grande

I give a El Queso Grande five stars but I am also very sad because they closed a couple of weeks ago, apparently permanently. Best margaritas in town, delicious Mexican food, no pretense. This has been a regular for a place for us as we followed the manager, Gil, from his previous post at Presidente in Northridge. My husband and I like eating here very often we enjoy Margaritas, Salsa, Chiles rellenos and much more, we've been enjoying their food & drinks for many ears, I am so sad to see this place closed. The food was always great. We are really going to miss this place, Why is this happening? This was one off the best restaurants in the Valley.

Arrived with the Ladyfriend for what we hoped would be an excellent carne asada dinner, only to see that El Queso Grande has closed after 40 years. I was a customer for 18 of them. A lot of great memories here, and I will miss the staff who were always so awesome.
