entire staff is very sweet and attentive. there’s a high school nearby so it gets busy after they come out, but nonetheless they seem used to the stress. I’m a regular there since I work nearby & it’s always a good experience

The workers are so stingy when it comes to ordering late. I came in at 8:15pm to order 2 drinks, they came out horrible. They rushed things just to hurry up with the order and start cleaning up and getting out of there. I asked for extra caramel on a Caramel Frappe, they added what is and should be normal caramel. I ordered a Pink drink with 6 scoops of strawberry inclusions and they gave me like 2/3 scoops. I'm paying extra for normal..? The baristas act like I'm stealing from their paycheck or asking for free drinks.. absolutely ridiculous.

This location keeps serving me beverages with sugar, when I specifically say that neither I nor my passengers can have sugar. One of my passengers is diabetic, and recently, they insisted her drink was sugar free even though the label said it wasn't. When she drank her beverage, her blood sugar shot up and set off her Dexcom (blood sugar monitoring medical device.) 1 in every probably 3 times I order here, I get sugar in my drink when I always order sugar free. I get Starbucks every day. This is a medical concern and I find it negligent and extremely unacceptable. I've never had this problem with any other location.
A couple of the employees at this location also have attitudes and are rude/unprofessional - including the woman who insisted my friend's drink was sugar free when it was factually not. However, I'm more concerned about the fact that this location serves sugar to diabetics repeatedly than the shitty attitudes of some of their staff.

I had coffee at this store around 10 AM on Saturday morning and then took my refill. When I was drinking in the car, I realized it was actually a cup of hot water, not coffee; I had been a member for nearly 15 years. Starbucks' service and quality are no longer what they used to be.

I have been a semi-regular customer for over 5 years now. However, while I was waiting for the bus, I needed to use the restroom. Apparently now, you MUST buy something in order to use their restroom. I will not be returning to this location. Very bad customer service.
Standard Starbucks, not sure if this is some corporate cost cutting measure but put sleeves on hot drinks like it is a walking lawsuit waiting to happen. You hand me a hot drink and I extend my cold hand. Guess what I drop the dang cup of coffee. Put sleeves on the hot cup please !!!!

Great coffee and free Wi-Fi for guests. I like getting food and coffee here as I get hungry more while doing homework and it’s cool when the weather is warm. Be careful of the wandering homeless in the area they can be troublesome at times. I pay attention to everything and get my homework done for school. Love the music here and the baristas are cool. Close to the high school and restaurants.
