Can't make a sandwich right two weeks in a row ordered on DoorDash did not choose toasted and they toasted two weeks in a row! $40 wasted for a kid who can't eat hard bread with his braces! Called and Went to the store to see if I did something wrong in the app and I did not. The person who claims to be the manager is completely rude and has no customer service skills what so ever! She talked back to me in front of other customers, refused to give the owners phone number to me, and when I told her she should show some customer service and not be rude she replied that I was rude? Really I said please and thank you and was completely calm until she called me names and when I said I was going to call corporate she said "you do that". This person needs to be fired! She obviously can't follow directions, read and has no clue what customer service is!

Don't try ordering online or through the app-- their system is stupid. Made an order, went there and was told they didn't have anything in the computer yet and it might be around 15 mins. Waited the 15 mins, and the employee LOUDLY told me in front of the whole store that my order was REJECTED. Checked my bank app, and the money was taken out and then returned...? Then the subway app said that "order was denied due to brief system error".... Guess they don't want my money ‍ Went to little Caesar's instead.

One star for the woman who opened the store on July 1, 2023. The site said they were open at 8:30. Doors were locked. I could see her inside. She held her cell phone in one hand while prepping with the other. She finally saw me waving my hands, but never came to the door. She rolled her eyes to the ceiling as I tried to ask what time she’d be open. She did something with her fingers. It was hard to tell because she never down her phone. Then she walked to the back and stayed there after I asked what she was trying to say. If it weren’t for me having somewhere to be, I would’ve gone back to tell her about her nasty attitude. Management, please train your staff on customer service. Not the first time someone was mad while making a sandwich. If I run into it again, I won’t be waiting to write a review.

(Email from management already and still not fixed)This is the third time I have arrived there and not all the items on the menu especially the meatballs are not ready today was really upsetting seeing as they open at 8:30 AM. I get there a little after 9 AM and the doors are locked. I sit and wait and I called the store no answer then somebody comes and unlocks the door I go in and what a surprise there are no meatballs even though they have been open for over 30 minutes I find it really messed up that I had to waste half of my lunch to find out that they don’t have some thing on the menu prepared AGAIN. I worked fast food for a lot of years and you’re to have all of your menu items prepared and ready when the store is open if not, then you put a sign out stating why you do not have those items so it’s really really frustrating and for it to happen multiple times is horrible especially since the manager has already emailed me about the same issue stating that they were going to talk to the employees, but they obviously didn’t so yeah really unfortunate probably won’t be back especially after today. And to have the store locked was ridiculous especially during business hours.

Online it says they close at 930. The door is open for you to come in, lights on even the "open" sign is on BUT YOU WONT GET SERVICE! I walked in at 859 and the cashier in there was RUDE and turned me around. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN!

I really like this subway but unfortunately they do not take coupons or app specials this has caused me to start going to the other subway down center since they are a participating location. I really hope the owner of this location decides to start accepting the subway app specials because by not taking coupons you could possibly be losing a lot of business with inflation so high and rising food cost we have to start saving any way we can.

The Hispanic girl who works there must hate life . And she seems to let you know it. Very rude second time had to deal with her. You like to give people a second chance, because you never know someone might be having a bad day. But it looks like every day is a bad day for her!!

Online says store opens at 8:30 but walked up to the door at 8:45 but doors were locked and saw a girl inside who saw me and just ignored me and continued living her life. No wonder I see other bad reviews about poor customer service. I even tried calling after that to ask what time they opened since I could not get any acknowledgment and she just looked at the phone ringing. Guess my small local business doesn’t need my money.

First off they don't greet you at all when you come in. I stood there and watched as BOTH girls went to the back. The prices went up but the quality went DOWN. They don't cover the food and I saw several FLIES flying around. Horrible service ok food but no way I'll go back with kids running the show.

Customer service non existent. Kevin and Andy rather look at counterfeit bills they accepted, than acknowledge a guest. Took 3-4 minutes to ask what I needed when I was the only customer in the store. Come to find out, they don’t have the sandwich I want. It was 7pm and they close at 9pm. They say it has been slow, so they can’t make a batch as it’s too big, which I understand. Had they been more attentive to the customer, I probably wouldn’t have minded.

A nice subway experience. Never too busy near lunchtime. Staff is quick and builds sandwiches well. Been a few times now and it's a quiet stop for lunch. Definitely recommend bringing coupons as the $5 foot long days are gone.Parking: Lots of spots. It gets busy with neighboring businesses traffic.Wheelchair accessibility: Spots available.
