Can't make a sandwich right two weeks in a row ordered on DoorDash did not choose toasted and they toasted two weeks in a row! $40 wasted for a kid who can't eat hard bread with his braces! Don't try ordering online or through the app-- their system is stupid. Made an order, went there and was told they didn't have anything in the computer yet and it might be around 15 mins. Waited the 15 mins, and the employee LOUDLY told me in front of the whole store that my order was REJECTED. Checked my bank app, and the money was taken out and then returned...? Then the subway app said that "order was denied due to brief system error".... Guess they don't want my money ‍...read full review

One star for the woman who opened the store on July 1, 2023. The site said they were open at 8:30. Doors were locked. I could see her inside. She held her cell phone in one hand while prepping with the other. She finally saw me waving my hands, but never came to the door. She rolled her eyes to the ceiling as I tried to ask what time she’d be open. She did something with her fingers. It was hard to tell because she never down her phone.
