“Limited choices on bread, shredded mozzarella, and you have to pay more for the other cheeses. And oh yeah, they're closed on Sundays like ChickFilA. They take orders through the kiosk and app, no phone or in person orders. Plastic only! Cashless society much? I don't recommend them based on my experience yesterday with Corey. So I accidentally ordered 3 subs instead of 2, and I tried to call to void the order. Because I was unable to hear him clearly, he has the nerve to get nasty and curse at me. That's no way you treat a customer! I asked if I would be charged for the voided sub, and I only asked to be sure. Negative experience! Corey has a lot to learn in keeping his composure and not lose his cool. He can't even act professional, instead he acts immature. I hope their business fails, they aren't worth the drive.“

As soon as I walked in i was greeted by this young lady named Jocelyn with a big “hello, welcome to subway” with a big smile. Right of the bat that made me feel comfortable. I ordered a foot long tuna sandwich and she made it so good that it made me want to come back for mores very professional and her customer service was great..“

“We recently tried the beef sandwich here and it was really good! The beef was flavorful, tender, and packed nicely into the bread. Every bite was satisfying and filling. It’s definitely something I would order again.

The drinks were also a highlight. They were refreshing and paired perfectly with the sandwich. It made the whole meal even more enjoyable.

Another thing we appreciated was how clean the restroom was. It’s always a good sign when a place keeps everything well-maintained.

The only small downside is that there are only a few seats available if you want to dine in, so it can feel a bit limited during busy times. Overall, we had a good experience and would come back again!“

(I drive past my local subway who's bread is always old, hard n stale and their ingredients aren't fresh and their customer service is horrible at Wabash location.
