I wish it was possible to give zero stars because I would came thru the drive thru for pick up and the rice was so hard it was inedible then came thru another day to not be given utensils and kept waiting at the window and never came. Saying utensils in the bag when I asked and there was no utensils.

Food is always old and seems like it’s been sitting. My burrito at this location is always so small I feel like they are skimping everyone. The other chipotle down Douglas near Safeway is much much better. The management here is trash

had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I placed an online order, and when I arrived to pick it up, I noticed the chips ordered were missing. To make matters Worse, the rice in my bowl was extremely hard and undercooked, making the meal inedible.

When brought these issues to the attention of the staff and manager, their response was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Rather than addressing the problem, they dismissed my concerns and offered no resolution.

l expect better quality and customer service from Chipotle, and this experience has made me reconsider returning to this location.

EVERY single time i order through the drive thru they literally skimp my bowl. Sometimes the food here comes up nasty. This is the closest chipotle but theres one 5 mins down the road that has way fresher food, better employees, and they dont skimp your bowl. I paid $20 for this , chips, and a drink. Terrible service 10/10 dont recommend

WARNING!!!!!! I really wish I could give them zero stars. Let me start with saying that we absolutely loved Chipotle’s food. We have five kids, and one of them is super picky, but he could always find something to eat here. However, we had the worst experience at the Granite Bay location. We did the online order and picked up in the drive-through. We spent $$$$$ to feed our family of seven. We got home and as I took the first bite of my bowl, I nearly gagged as I chewed on what I thought was a super fatty piece of meat. When I spit it out, I realized that it was a large piece of 100% RAW CHICKEN!!!! It had been masked by the Asada sauce, so I could not tell that’s what was on my fork. I immediately spit it out and being that the whole family ordered the same chicken, I made sure they stopped eating their food as well. My husband took the piece of RAW meat back to the restaurant, and they said they would replace my bowl, but nobody else’s. They also then refused to give us compensation for our meal, stating that only one dish had the raw meat and the replacement should suffice. First of all, I was definitely not going to eat from that restaurant after this experience, so why in the world would I want a replacement bowl?! And it turns out the next day I got food poisoning. I pray nobody else got sick from the contaminated meat. We’ve contacted customer service on multiple occasions, and they still refuse to refund our money. Such poor customer service, WE WILL NOT BE BACK THERE!!!

WOW - The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !! I went there last Friday 6/14 around 3:30pm. Inside, there was only one lady ahead of me. They were OUT of CHICKEN. The kid behind the counter said it'd be about 3 minutes for more chicken. I said I'd wait with the lady ahead of me. Then 3 Hispanic women came in. I could see that the restaurant was running low on guacamole & cheese & they were being stingy. Then another man came in & an African-American girl came out from the back to help him. She had an attitude from the start. She didn't smile or even say "Hi" to him. He wanted chicken. She said, "We're out of chicken." He said, "What? You're out of chicken? What...?" She responded, stone faced, "SIR, WE ARE OUT OF CHICKEN. He started to ask, "How ...?" She interrupted him, " WE ARE OUT OF CHICKEN. WE GET BUSY. THAT'S WHY WE'RE OUT OF CHICKEN.." YEOW she had a really nasty attitude! He walked out. I heard one employee yell that they were low on cheese. Seeing what was happening, I said, "Good luck" to the woman ahead of me & walked out too.

I've NEVER been to a Chipotle where the wait for ANYTHING was more than a couple minutes. The Spanish speaking guy on the grill was a very hard working, smart, polite guy. Kudos to him.

Dietary restrictions: If you're on a diet, the staff here will probably be out of food. Voila, diet!

Wheelchair accessibility: STAIRS at the main entrance. Didn't see a wheelchair entrance. There's a drive thru for mobile orders.

The food was served lukewarm, the rice was severely undercooked, and I encountered two bay leaves in the rice which caused me to gag. It's evident that minimal care is taken in preparing the food. As a result, I won't be returning.
