Avoid the steak...low quality. Best go for chicken or carnival. Standard ingredients..I like hot salsa, corn salsa and brown rice options.

I just don’t understand chipotle employees. Are they scared to roll a burrito or don’t know how?? I mean the baby scoops they give just had me dying. Then you kindly ask for some more and they literally take the edge of the scoop/spoon and put a sliver more on. 2 scoops of salsa is half a scoop and then a tiny corner of the spoon hardly even equals one full scoop. Chipotle has gone downhill and needs to train their employees better. On the rare occasion you’ll get an employee that actually gives you a full scoop of everything. Chipotle … get your crap together. Used to be one of the larger burritos you could get! Now they’re shrimp size and don’t even dare order through the app. It will be as small and a Taco Bell bean burrito.

Burned, yet again. Went through the drive thru around 12:30 today and they forgot the chips we ordered and the sides of sour cream and salsa. I went back around to ask for them and got them so even though inconvenient it wasn't the real issue. The issue was that the food was tasteless and the order wasn't made right either. There was no queso on my husband's burrito which we paid extra for, and there was rice and beans on my tacos when I didn't want or order that. Every couple of months we try to go again because it used to be good and we are hoping for it to change since it's so close by and convenient.

I visited this location on Fourth of July on the way to Folsom lake. The girl working the line “Fiona” had an awful attitude. I get it. It’s a holiday. Nobody wants to work on a holiday but be grateful you have a job because there is a lot of people out there who would love to work- even if it was on a holiday.
The lack of enthusiasm, the lack of customer service, the lack of a simple smile and eye contact when asked, “ how is your day going?
Like we were a bother to her. But to our suprise, it was all googles and smiles with her co-workers.
Then To top it off. She was rude to my gf also and barely put any chicken in the tacos. When asked to put a little more meat, she uttered with a rude face, that will be double meat then.
Totally rude and unprofessional. Do better as a representative of your company. I won’t be going to this location again!!

I purposely order extra of everything to justify spending nearly $20 on chipotle because I usually can get a few meals out of it… this chipotle CONSISTENTLY gives me nearly half empty bowls.

We came at 9:00pm and there was an employee named Sophia that was a really good server and when she was tipped she put the money in the donation jar. On the other hand, there was a certain male employee that was extremely stingy with the guacamole and meat, and looks like his name is Jeremy

Was here on Saturday, May 31 (9pm) with my friends. Got amazing service from Sophia! (Give her a raise) highly skilled server and excellent wrapping skills! The rest of the male staff was kinda mid. 5 star for Sofia. Wish I could rate employees.

I had an issue with a recent order at Chipotle, and I have to say—Manager Jose handled it exceptionally well. From the moment I explained what happened, he was respectful, professional, and clearly focused on making things right. He listened without making excuses, owned the situation, and made a decision that showed he genuinely cares about his customers and the experience they have.
It’s rare these days to come across someone in customer service who not only fixes the problem but leaves you feeling better about the business than before the issue even happened. Jose did exactly that. Because of how he handled everything, I’ll definitely continue coming back to this location. Thank you, Jose, for turning the situation around and setting the standard for what great service looks like.

I wish it was possible to give zero stars because I would came thru the drive thru for pick up and the rice was so hard it was inedible then came thru another day to not be given utensils and kept waiting at the window and never came. Saying utensils in the bag when I asked and there was no utensils.
