Had the Italian sandwich and a side of potato salad. Both were delicious and the staff was great!

The food is pretty good but they are never open when the sign says they should be. Also they would get a lot more business if they stayed open more than a few hours a day. I would imagine people would stop after work to bring food home if they where open past 2:00.

Stopped in for a couple of sandwiches on a Friday around 12:30. The staff was friendly and quick, and the sandwiches were delicious! We got the Spicy Bird and Classic Club - both were great and had generous toppings. Will be back!

Well had I known in the beginning I was getting Turkey Pastrami that would have been a hard pass for me . The owner made the sandwich. I asked for mayo on both sides . Way too much mustard for the Turkey that was trying to be Pastrami. Not worth the stop . Should of just hit the Beach Hut only a few miles away !!

Just moved to the area and decided to give this place a try for lunch. Great food and even better service.First the food, I ordered a turkey and avocado sandwich and freshly made potato salad. Yum! Sandwich had plenty of meat and fixings and the salad tasted great too.The service: excellent! The owner got buried in phone orders while I was there and she handled it all with ease and remained calm and chearie thru it all.I will be back for sure!

I have been once last week and again today. Both times I got breakfast and it was made perfectly. Couldn't have done better myself. This is a little know gem of Alta Sierra and deserves every Alta Sierra's Residents patronage. I can't wait to try all the hot sandwiches, Daily soups and sandwich specials. Friendly guy working…. Ordered a couple sandwiches…. Didn’t mind waiting a bit since it was just him working. These were two of the smallest sandwiches I’ve ever seen. I don’t mind paying for quality but this wasn’t it. Mediocre and small portions so a bit hard to justify the cost. Was hoping to have a different experience as I like to support local businesses but this was my experience.

So I went in to check out this deli but already had had lunch so I got a water and asked what the soup was. The menu had both soup and chili listed. I was told it was a black bean or lentil soup. So I thought I would give it a try because the aroma in the place was really nice. As I saw her serving I noticed how thick it was and asked if that was the chili and was assured no it was the soup. I left with it and a few hours later I tasted it and it was so super salty and it definitely wasn't soup it was chili. Now there was only one person working and she was very nice. I took the chilly home and gave it to my husband and he wouldn't even eat it so I know that means it definitely wasn't very good. I will have to try a sandwich next time period.
