Amazing bistro/cafe. So happy to have come across it today. My daughter had a burrito that she said was delicious (and was massive) and I had the Russian burger which was also delicious. We also had a pumpkin latte and a spicy chai. The latte was good and the chai was probably the best one I've ever had. And everyone working there was kind and welcoming. Our new favorite place!

Stumbled on this little organic bakery this morning while working in grass Valley. Fabulous coffee and food offerings delivered by exceptionally courteous staff. I had a breakfast burrito number five with bacon they offer a gluten-free tortilla option which I found surprisingly good. I'll be stopping by here several times over the next seven days for breakfast and coffee. I don't think you can go wrong. thank you Nicole for starting my morning off Great!

I was staying in the grass valley area for a few weeks and discovered this place... it became my FAVORITE go-to spot for breakfast. The quesadilla and chai latte was my fave. I also love that they have gluten-free options. I live in the Bay Area and wish I could find an organic bistro that tastes as amazing as Valentinas. Highly recommend. On top of the delicious, flavorful food and drinks, the energy here is awesome! So much joy, friendliness, and authenticity! 10/10

This is my first time in Grass Valley and I happened to be driving around to see where I can go, and I saw "Organic" and immediately went into this place. Right off the bat, the woman working was INCREDIBLY sweet. She started getting to know me and why I was here, and was so personable!! She recommended I get a pastry along with my coffee and when I was short a few cents, she told me not to worry about it! I got a hot almond milk mocha and it's incredible!! It looks beautiful on top and the cup says "smile you are beautiful". The inside is so cute and full of plants. This place brought me so much happiness. Thank you so much for bringing this shop into the world!!!!
I am super bummed out to learn that this place is actively spreading COVID misinformation and not taking basic public heath protocols. I got a breakfast burrito from here once, then asked my husband to pick me up another one the following week. Their food is great! But that's when he read their COVID-is-all-a-hoax propaganda that they have sitting on the tables. How irresppnsible! So I won't eat there again.

Not a mask in sight here at this establishment. Employees only talk about how bad the government is and how the vaccine is an experiment that kills people. My experience here was horrendous. Never will I ever support this place again. The owner can't keep the DB levels down below 100 while preaching her right winged views. The food is mediocre and is nowhere near the 12-15 dollars. STAY AWAY FROM HERE
