Once again stopped in on a Thursday night with my kids for treats and they ladies inside locked the doors and ignored us when we were asking them why they aren’t open. They closed the doors 30 minutes early which is ridiculous. Horrible work ethic
Thursday night the 2 girls locked the door at 8:30 pm with 2 people in the store. The sign says 9:00 pm closing time.
I actually love Baskin robins. I go there quite often but I went there today and got a shake.And I even said, light milk and my shake is literally like water super disappointed
Went to Baskin Robbins at 8.25pm and lights off door locked and nobody inside the store. They are supposed to be open til 9pm so my question is why was it closed? False advertisement
Service with much attention, and they have keto no-sugar options.
Showed up when they are supposed to be open. Waited 20 m8ns the doors were still closed.
Ice cream cakes for all occasions like Friday yay!!!
Parking: McKnight Crossing was just redone so it is fantastic, check it!

Everything is great except....they closed 16 minutes early....employees cleaned up and left before they even were supposed to be off!!!

Arrived at 8:30 PM and the doors were already locked. Asked through the window, the blonde girl at the counter said they were closed and flicked the lights off. Google states the business confirmed closing at 9:00 PM two weeks ago. Sent a report to the BR website for management to check on them. I worked customer service too and you can’t just close early on people.

This place has changed over time, maybe the pandemic, Tina Hansen and family from Hansen brothers were very disappointed.
