Arrived at 8:30 PM and the doors were already locked. Asked through the window, the blonde girl at the counter said they were closed and flicked the lights off. Google states the business confirmed closing at 9:00 PM two weeks ago. Sent a report to the BR website for management to check on them. I worked customer service too and you can’t just close early on people.

One of the employees there, didn't catch her name but she was on register today around 3 an was blonde. Was very rude an unfriendly. Barely looked at me or who I was with ordering in the face. An was dismissive when I started to order an just started at me blankly for 5 seconds. InGenuine In how she spoke an her demeanor. Will not be coming again just because of this.

Really fun atmosphere with friendy customer service and a wide variety of new flavors and custom treats. I really love the staff. They always greet customers with a smile and make your order exactly the way you want. Conveintantly located next to SPD and the Pinecreek shopping center. The Gold Country Stage bus stop is within a few yards, so it's quite easy to get where you need to be. To me what really makes this a special place is that you can sit with family and friends and enjoy all the sweet smells and sounds of people doing what we do best, eating ice cream! The sundae (all varieties) is a classic recipe, always consistently good and their shakes are top notch. Larger cones are hand made right there at the counter. Restrooms are clean. I hope eventually they might add a few hot drinks to their menu, coffee, cocoa, cider, etc. and more vegan treats.
