Food is great, but they recently changed their sausage.. that's not nearly as good anymore. Usually their service is good- though there have been times where I've asked for a reduction that ended up on my sandwich anyways. I'll chalk that up to force of habit. That's not really a big deal. But their store front is tiny, their line is confusing so if it's pretty busy you're probably going to get cut in line. Definitely a to go only spot. There's a few bar stools but that's for waiting customers. The thing that annoys me most is they NEVER pick up the phone. Door dash and their store front charge an extra fee for using card. And their parking lot is very small, pretty difficult to get out of, especially if you have to get back on the highway-no left turn. Otherwise I've been coming to the store since I was a kid, when they had booths. Great food, okay service.

Best bagel shop in Northern CA! Excellent customer service, fair pricing and DELICIOUS bagels. Their Jalapeño cheddar bagel is AMAZING! Not greasy or soggy, it's baked to perfection and has the ideal texture. So yummy! My mouth waters just thinking about it! If you're questioning if you should visit or not, DO IT! You won't be disappointed, everything on their menu is delectable!

Oh my!Absolutely amazing bagels and fixings ... Including smears.But! I mean this, GET there first thing in the morning cuz once they run out they close the doors and they sell out very quickly.If you have to, you can buy their bagels at SPD in a three pack or six pack but they don't have all the varieties you can get in the store itself.Don't miss out on this. It awesome!Service only suffers because they are so busy early in the morning.
Parking: The parking lot is small and shares with the business next door. There is no street parking at all but a large lot across the street at McDonald's
