Love the new location, but I'll just never understand microwaved eggs and meat for a breakfast sandwich. Would have been awesome if they included a flattop grill when building the new location and actually cooked the items that go on their fantastic bagels!
Food is great, but they recently changed their sausage.. that's not nearly as good anymore.
Usually their service is good- though there have been times where I've asked for a reduction that ended up on my sandwich anyways. I'll chalk that up to force of habit. That's not really a big deal.
But their store front is tiny, their line is confusing so if it's pretty busy you're probably going to get cut in line. Definitely a to go only...

Best bagel shop in Northern CA! Excellent customer service, fair pricing and DELICIOUS bagels. Their Jalapeño cheddar bagel is AMAZING! Not greasy or soggy, it's baked to perfection and has the ideal texture. So yummy! My mouth waters just thinking about it! If you're questioning if you should visit or not, DO IT! You won't be disappointed, everything on their menu is delectable!
