The food was good but my fish was not a golden color but dark which means little over cooked, milk shake was delicious, little too pricy for what we ordered. The resteraunt was very clean and staff very nice.

I'm writing because this is another restaurant that is trolling for tips. When 20 some percent pops up on the board as a suggested tip, UP FRONT, for a restaurant that does not offer full service, it is a money grab! The amount of a tip is determined based on the level of full service received! That being said, the grilled chicken sandwich is really consistently good! As are the fries. I'm trying really hard to get in the habit of carrying cash.

My only concern is that the Mac&Cheese bites are more like Mozzarella sticks than they are something worth $6.50. Everything else was great and fairly priced. This was the only disappointment I was expecting more.

Had an issue with our DD order and had to go in physically. Not a problem since it's 5 minutes away. The staff is super cool. A bunch of teens and YA's that do their jobs well.
The food is very good as well. We eat here maybe twice a month and have had no complaints about the burgers, fries, shakes, salads, or any other items. Would 100% recommend.

We recently discovered Burgers and Cream in Grass Valley — a new addition to what appears to be a growing chain — and it turned out to be a very pleasant find. The overall experience reminded us of Five Guys Burgers and Fries, but honestly, the burgers here might be even better.
It’s a bit comical that their “small” burger starts at one-third of a pound, but that just means you’re guaranteed a hearty meal. We both ordered the small burgers, and each of us thoroughly enjoyed them — juicy, flavorful, and freshly made to order.
Next time, we plan to branch out and try the fries or onion rings, and most importantly, their ice cream (it’s in the name, after all!).
All in all, Burgers and Cream is a great find in Grass Valley — good food, generous portions, and a fun, casual atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
