I ordered a bacon guacamole burger and zucchini. They put the wrong size burger on it. It tasted fine. They re-fried old zucchini and gave them to me instead of asking me to wait. I will get over it if I want Carl's Jr or drive the extra 30 mins next time. This location sucks. If you pay just shy of $15 for a burger, side, and water it should be made right. Idk what is wrong with people today and not valuing doing their job right. Oh and there was no one inside and only one person that had just pulled up before me.

I get this place like five chances and every time the food was awful.
This is the loaded burrito I DIDN'T order. I did NOT ask for any alterations to this burrito. I expected to get all of what is included in the ADVERTISED burrito. Pico de Gallo, meat and cheese is completely missing. This is unacceptable and THEFT. You swindled me out of my money, gas and time. Terrible service.

Took my son for lunch here, and though I've had uneven service here before, this was the worst experience to date. Manager running the place acted like customers were a bother and couldn't care less about her or her staff's level of service. I ordered a western bacon cheeseburger combo and a 3-piece chicken tenders combo with a side of BBQ sauce and queso. When they brought our food out, most of our order was correct but they have me another burger for some reason and no side of BBQ sauce.
I told the server that I didn't order this queso burger, just a side of queso. The manager tells the server (not addressing me) that I did order the queso burger and to tell me I can't get a refund. I just wanted to eat and for us to leave but they still hadn't brought my kid's side of BBQ sauce, so I asked the server again and he told me he would go grab some, but then he never came back. I walked back to the counter and asked again, and the server acted (like everyone else there) that I was being a bother, rolled his eyes as he called to the back for someone to get a side of BBQ, put on the counter (not even handing it to me) and walked away.
The screwed up order, the bad attitude and unprofessionalism, the no refund; I'm done with this place and will not return.

Why do they put the fries in upside down in the take out bag? Got them home and all the fries were I. The brown bag, and NONE in the fries bag. WHY???
