“My mom loves KFC so we try to get it for her a few times a year. The ladies here are so kind and patient (especially since we ordered to the wrong store! Confusion with Grass Valley Hwy which is in Auburn vs the Grass Valley store which is on Nevada Hwy!) and helped correct the error and point me in getting a refund and reordering then rushed to fill the order for me!
Mom was happy to get her fix! ☺️“

“Was having some trouble with an online order so I just went to the store and the Lady that helped was amazing and nice and honored the online order in store! Made me a customer of that store for life thank you so much. I believe her name was Avanlee“
