The service is amazing. Typically there's not a lot of people so you can get your food fast, and the food is unbelievable. It's amazing. The vibe is actually really cool.

The service was good but the food.... Ok, this was not our first time here. Typically it's for dinner but today we went for lunch and it was so disappointing. Maybe it was a new kitchen crew, not sure, but it did not feel like we were at the same place. We ordered the calamari to start and barely any breading on the calamari. Ordered the surf and turf fajitas and so not worth it. 3 shrimp and the steak was not tender and enough for one tortilla. Also ordered the pork loin. Pork was cooked perfectly but the sweet mashed potatoes were lacking flavor. We will go back again but only for dinner.

Love the panqueques. Friendly staff. Sometimes some live music. Only about ten tables inside, but they have a large heated patio. Interesting decor.

I prefer the back room with the glass mosaics. Wonderful choice on menu! I have been to Diego's with my sons.

OMG, my wife and I just left this place, found it in a random food search. The food is fantastic, a fusion of Latin American cuisines including seafood like calamari, so it's not a taqueria. It's quaint and easy to have a private conversation.

A meal at Diego's is always a wonderful experience. I will always bring my emotional support toy poodle and sit on the outdoor patio. With the heaters on, it's always refreshing even in cooler weather, and the lighting and cushions available for chairs creates an ambience that is authentically south of the border. The service is always impeccable, everything is clean and the food is always delicious! The atmosphere is friendly and my toy poodle always invites other guests to make friends, especially children. Whenever there, looking around, I notice that guests are always happy when they step into the Diego's world.

Diego's is my favorite Latin American food in Grass Valley. The crepadilla is delicious and the steak and fries are outstanding. I love the back patio seating, it's cozy and inviting. The owners and the service staff is very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

Diego's is the best! The spicy shrimp on the menu are amazing and the owner is the kindest person. The environment is awesome, love the mix-matched dishes. The bread and cilantro butter they bring is amazing too
