No stars if i could. The last 5 times my wife has gone to this location, to get food for a family of four they completely forget an entire order. Are you that incompetent? We thought we'd give them the benefit of the doubt but nope, nothing changed. Worst location, worst service and I recommend boycotting to replace this jack in the box with something else.

Shelby was absolutely 100% awesome! She alone made mine and my husband's day. She needs a raise!Parking: The parking is great and you don't have to walk that far to go in or come out. And there's plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible.

BRO! Okay so it’s past midnight right. Got hellllaaa munchies like I’m the most hungry I ever been in my life and I’m like damn what’s open right now?? You know Jack got that 24/7 so I had to slide. I see they have this 12$ cravings box so I said lemme get that. I asked for an ultimate cheeseburger and the two tacos. Then the worker says, “what would you like as your second side.” I said, “Whaaaat??? TWO SIDES??” Amazing. You know I got that curly fries with the extra ranch for surely. Then bro asks what I want to drink so I asked if the size will affect the price and he tells me he’s pretty sure it will so I just said “Lemme get that’s root beer n I got water at home.” Price comes out LESS THAN 12$ like $11.50! Dapped the homie up at the window and went home n munched. So so good. Great price too. I love you Jack!!!Kid-friendliness: Probably not best thing to feed young children health-wise like give them carrots or something healthy okay. But man this always gonna be delicious no matter if you a child or a senior citizen. Jack went brazy

I was so impressed with the employee's here. Very accommodating, nice and apologized for the food taking long ( which I don't think it took long at all) the food was nicely wrapped and put in the bag so neatly , the burger was picture perfect and delicious!!!

I've had 2 fraudulent charges here in one month. I think they have a card skimmer at the cash register if you go here only use cash otherwise they will drain your bank account. I tried speaking to management but they brushed me off which leads me to believe they're in on it..

Shows that they're open 24 hours but the drive through is closed and the doors are locked. Nothing else is open. An employee just sat outside smoking and said they're closed. It's hard to disappoint at a low rated fast food spot but they did it.
For a fast food restaurant it was very clean inside. Staff was polite and even brought our food to the table. Food was hot and fresh tasting. Overall one of the best Jack in the Boxes I've been to.
My wife and I stood there for I would say 5-7 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and after being physically seen by 2 workers (one being a manager) when we arrived. Once we got service the lady taking our order rushed us. Seating was dirty and we wiped our own table down and that's after my wife sat in some kind of liquid.
