We live out of state, visited Ca. several years ago, had Jimboy's then. When my wife suggested a return visit, one of the first things on my list was Jimboy's. I really like their food and would like to have one closer to upstate NY, or find a way to ship it to us. Very good food, service was excellent ( thank you Daniela in grass valley), will return as soon as possible.

The avocado chicken salad was OK. I'm not sure I really liked the house avocado dressing. It was rather bland.

The last three or four times we've eaten here the food was almost inedible. I ordered the two taco combo every single time, the tacos are stale like they have been reheated. I order sour cream on my tacos, pay the extra money for it and then it's not on there. I have waited at the drive thru window to ask for the sour cream I paid for, and if they aren't busy, they never return to the window. I know that Jim boys the brand is good, because when I go to different locations like on Marysville or placerville , the tacos are hot and fresh. I don't know what's wrong with this location but they have significantly gone down hill in the last year. I am deeply saddened that I will not be able to visit this location anymore, the food is just not worth the price. Stale crappy tacos that overpriced, no thanks. Your customer service sucks, can't get any taco sauce, never offered and also hello we need napkins when we order your overpriced food. Do better.

I went there on my lunch break to get a simple bean and cheese burrito. They had me waiting for over 15+ min. I eventually had to leave and abandon my burrito because I couldn’t wait anymore.
