I ordered my food and just got a simple smash bowl combo and the lady asked if I wanted fries I answered yes but then I got no fries and was missing stuff so I went back and told her what happened politely and she said well the lady that took your prefer didn’t know that it did not come with fries but you can buy it for 4.53 and now we waited abt 10 minutes not everything was included in the smash bowl

This place is filthy! The seats for the booths are black from grime and funk. The service was awful. You could tell that the employees didn't want to be there and definitely didn't want anyone to dine in. My family and I won't be returning to this establishment!

KFC has really gone downhill in recent years. Chicken was over cooked and rubbery, fries were cold. Ice machine is broken so soda was warm. Had clean interior, but really not worth 15$ for 5 tiny little overcooked strips. I won't come here anymore.

Plain and simple - awful service . Your treated like a nuisance for even walking in. A bunch of young entitled brats who ended up at kfc and hate their job because, well they work at kfc. I said I wouldn't ever return , but after waiting 40 min for 1 item, I'm never returning.
I have been going to this location for years. Last night I busted this location and got served by Lily. She was courteous and very knowledgeable. The staff here is always great. I asked for wings, but they were out and I had to wait for them. Just because I was bummed about the wait, my food was cooked by Lily herself, and it was the best prepared food I've ever had there. I couldn't believe it. This KFC always has good food, but this was hands down the best experience I've ever had there. Thanks to lily, I'm going back again today. Thanks Lily and the KFC team!
