ordered online for pickup. love this option with the pizza portal. just walk in, enter a code and it's basically a pizza vending machine.

Worst customer service. Called and ordered pizza ahead. Was told on the phone one price. Got there to pick up my order and because the person who took my order added food I did not want or order when I called.. I didn't get the price I was told on the phone and my total doubled. No help. No solving the error they made. No suggestions or solutions. Pretty much was told too bad and since I dont have double the price I was told I left without the dinner for my kids.

i normally love the food here always great nervier BUT i ordered the pretzel crust pizza yesterday and me and my boyfriend both got food poisoning and were sick all night and are still sick as we speak so be very careful about what you get i didnât even know you could get food poisoning from pizza but apparently my boyfriend and i did

I go in there 23 times a week and get the pizza cups, theyâre less than five bucks and theyâre delicious and they really touched the spot. Theyâre always hot and ready and theyâre still gooey cheesy on my way out the door.

Iâm really quite disappointed in our food this evening. We prefer dominos to the other fast chain in town and tonight we got our pizza two minutes after we received the email for the pizza portal. The boxes were super hot. Yay, fresh pizza right? Wrong. The boxes were still hot when we got home but the pizza was ice cold and tasted like it sat for quite awhile. We set our pick up time for 5:45 and thatâs when we arrived at the restaurant. And we picked up at 5:48 according to my clock. While this wasnât an expensive meal it was a splurge and we are very displeased with it tonight. Usually our pizza is piping hot and fresh and today it was really bad.

I needed a snack while running errands, stopped in & employee recommended Crazy Puffs. They are yummy - deep dish, mini pizzas. Inexpensive & so tasty! Bon appĂŠtit

Soooooo......online orders close at 9:30pm (not marked anywhere) & the store closes at 10pm.
All this system is doing is making the jobs of the employees MORE DIFFICULT when customers walk in at 9:40pm asking for something that takes a whopping 7 minutes to make that they could've started working on at 9:32pm if the online system had just accepted the original order in the first place đ¤Śââď¸ the worst thing was, IT WASN'T JUST ME, SOMEONE ELSE WALKED IN WANTING TO ORDER SAYING THE ONLINE SYSTEM WASN'T ACCEPTING ORDERS WHEN THEY TRIED TO ORDER TOO!
Please.....just make this easier on everyone. Have the order system close at 9:45pm. Make it make sense.
