The lemon rolls are good. The place is tough to find open it seems. Voice recorder said it would be open Saturday after Christmas, regular hours... But alas, no. Attached is the sign from the door.

Staff seemed like they didn't want us to be there at all, not very friendly or personable, it was the same for the people who were ahead of me. Always disappointing to see.
Day old options were pricey compared to the other bakeries I've been to, fresh lemon rolls were 6 dollars each but a bag of two day old's is $10? Only a dollar off? Strange.
Food was good but I don't think I'll be going back unfortunately.

This cute little place is in the same shopping center as SPD in Grass Valley. It's has been opened for about a year.

They had some assorted pasties and rolls along with some fresh sourdough bread rounds. They also have coffee.

I decided to get something savory to go...linguisa wrapped in a croissant. It was so good...just enough for the ride!

Its somewhat small inside but looked very clean!

Next time I will get a coffee and maybe a cinnamon roll to go!

after trying thousands times to get something from this place (it was always closed for whatever reason) I finally tried and love it very much. congrats, everyone. the area, the town and people needed a real place to grab a decent coffee and something to eat. I loved it.

Omg I’m almost in tears there hasn’t been any good bakeries in town since summer thymes closed. Just got a bunch of items and they were all top tier. Please start making croissants. So happy rn :)

Lovely modern aesthetic. I had read about the lemon rolls and they were every bit as good as people had said. Delicious scones and baklava that comes from another baker but is the best I've had.

Loooove this bakery! Everything I have tried so far has been absolutely delicious! Her scones are so amazing but the cinnamon rolls are out of this world good! And the OG breakfast galette is incredible too! All so good it's hard to choose from!

Phenomenal is an understatement for this bakery. The sourdough bread is crispy, chewy, sour and a great deal for $8/loaf.

The lemon rolls are my favorite thing on the menu, they’re crispy and caramelized on the outside while being so moist and flavorful on the inside. The regular cinnamon rolls are beautifully done as well. Scones are perfectly executed and the flavors rotate so you can always try something new.

They’re a small shop with limited items but they do such a great job there I stop by every time I’m driving through.

They're galletes are amazing whether you get savory or fruit. Flakiest crust ever. Great atmosphere friendly staff.
