very good food, and the service was good and quick (Nicholas was our server), will definitely be back! we got the shrimp ceviche, tijuana tacos, queso birria, 3 meat combo fajitas all fantastic!

We got seated quickly. Menus came shortly after. We ended up ordering a wet burrito with both red and green sauce and a burrito bowl. Carne asada was our meat of choice.

Chips and salsa were good. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The food was good. The service was very good and the decor was fun. We will eat here again.

Spicy pineapple margarita, ceviche, and Tijuana style tacos were all ridiculously good. We had very fast service and were able to enjoy our dinner on the deck on this beautiful Saturday evening.

The band was too loud, couldn’t even hear my husband, outside tables were dirty, we left right away. We went to the Mexican spot on the corner of the street, nachos were the bomb, tacos and quesadillas were the bomb,

Mayas has hit a new low bar for worst margarita. "Balance" wasn't on the menu. The goblet-sized glass was filled with sour mix so intense and odd tasting that we weren't sure it safe to drink. What made this more frustrating was that we ordered the drinks and after 20 minutes they hadn't arrived. No service staff had stopped by since they were ordered so I went searching (the restaurant wasn't full). I arrived at the bar and politely asked two bartenders deep in conversation if there were some margaritas that were on order. One of them went, "Oh!" and pulled our two drinks out from down by the service well where glassware is cleaned. I'm not sure how long they were there or why they weren't on top of the bar for the server to pick up. Maybe they were discussing if they should serve them? If so, the answer was no.

I wish I could leave a zero star rating for all and just a post. Went in got seated, chips and salsa, and water. 20 minutes later, after was told be right back, we left. My bf left a tip for the chips we ate. The bar guy and waitress looked at us, but never said a word to us. UGH....never going back! At Maria's on Main St and it is AMAZING!!

I just arrived around 730p and they close at 830p. Sat down the waiter gave us yummy chips and salsa. Then he said “I’ll be right back”. He never returned and I was there for about 20 min or more. Even the bartender and a female waitress didn’t bother to ask to get our waiter or anything. So we walked out. But the salsa was good. They were also replacing or doing construction on the walkway outside so be careful where you walk.

Note: this review has a happy ending-BIG disappointment: my Carne Asada Chimichanga was 99% beans and rice, <1% Carne Asada. Of the few pieces of Carne Asada I found, none were larger than any of the hundreds of pinto beans . The Chimi was huge, so I was excited at first… I should have sent it back.Otherwise, my group’s meals were great. Mole Poblano plate, Flauta’s appetizer, Avocado Salad with chicken, all delicious. We have had their take out a couple times ( Mole Chicken enchiladas, Chile Verde plate, Combos, etc.) and were never disappointed. We’ll go again…
