Mountain Mike's Pizza

I got charged for waters for an indoor dining area and had to pay around $15 for 4 waters. Not sure if this was an error by employee or standard service, but I will never return especially after seeing and hearing the same thing happening to other customers. Better off getting water from the gas station than here.

Awhile back I called in before closing to order our food so it would be ready when we got there since they were closing soon. Upon arrival, I paid for it and was given the pizza in a box although I asked to dine in. I ordered pizza, one soda and 3 waters. After I paid I realized the amount didn’t seem right. Come to find out, the employee charged me over $15 for water. She went on to tell me that it is their policy that they have to charge me for the cup although I asked to dine in. I insisted in getting my refund and the girl was really rude. Another employee came and made sure to make it right. Because it was so wrong. I never did see the refund however I called the owner that following week. I was really impressed with her professionalism and appreciated her call. I even told her I would continue to support her business and let this be a training opportunity for them. Tonight, for the first time since the incident I called and placed an order to go. I was 2 minutes from the restaurant and got a call from the same employee who tried to charge me for the waters telling me that I was blocked from their system and have been banned to order from their restaurant. Now I have been overcharged, denied service and wasted gas trying to give them business. I will absolutely NEVER step foot in this place again and will continue to share my story to others.

Do not go here overpriced !!Ok went for lunch yesterday was 20 something dollars for two drinks and a mini pizza !! Overpriced the place was empty I see why ….took a long time to get our pizza and was tiny luckily was good but I will not be eating there again anytime soon

The last 2 times we've ordered they have made the pizzas wrong. The first time they forgot the sun dried tomatoes. We didn't notice until we got home. We took the pizza back to have it remade. This time we looked before leaving and they made it wrong again, still no sundried tomatoes. Finally got it right the 3rd time. They also forgot the sauce for the knots.

Today we ordered a pepperoni and olive pizza through door dash, but got an olive pizza. Only got a $7 credit for a $26 pizza. Unfortunately the car is in the shop, otherwise I would go get it replaced. So we had to reorder the pizza and pay for it again. Won't be ordering from there for awhile.

This mountain mikes used to be pretty good. Sorry to see it go down hill. Round table was horrible too. Guess we don't have a decent pizza place in grass valley.

Employees have no clue what they're doing. I door dashed an order, Mtn Mike's employee told me ranch was free when I called to add to my order (not available through door dash to add). Delivery driver showed up and the same girl said she gave wrong information, and couldn't give me a 75 cent ranch without creating a separate door dash order and paying $10 in delivery for a 75 cent ranch. If you don't know how to do your job, don't make other people pay for it.

Owner is extremely cheap. Refuses to hire workers and has a terrible attitude behind the counter. Obviously doesn’t want to be there. Also will up charge you for anything he can. Order 40$ worth of pizza? Expect to be asked to pay $1.50 for ranch cups. Extremely rude. Never going back.

Beware spending here. if you pay for toppings, you won't get even a 1/4 of what similar Mountain Mike's will offer.They outright refuse customer service.This franchise is very expensive as it is. Don't go to this location. They don't give you the standard amount of food that you pay for.

super delicious pizza and salad bar. they were also super nice for my kids birthday and made sure all the games were turned on for us.
