I've gone here for years. They have THE BEST bread twists in town. I don't know why I've never rated them before because whenever I'm around the area and hungry I'll pop in for some. Tonight I ordered doordash and the breadsticks were a little burnt and dried out, which was not anything id ever experienced with them before... so I reluctantly called to tell them (I didn't really want to but it was so different then what I normally get). They immediately told me they couldn't issue a refund since it was through doordash, but they could throw some fresh ones in for me and either I could pick up, or they could send it with their next delivery. The delivery driver was so nice, she opened the box to reveal PERFECT delicious replacements, and they even threw in more ranch and cookies. I love these guys. They absolutely value quality and customer satisfaction. I'm so glad I called instead of thinking their quality had just declined, as the driver informed me that their oven had been having issues earlier. Totally made sense as to how that happened. Thank you for being great!

We always have such a great experience at this round table location, the food is always fresh and delicious and the staff is so friendly and you can tell that they love their jobs! My family has always loved round table pizza but this location specifically is extra special!

Our order through Door Dash was for a half and half pizza, the pizza arrived with all ingredients on the entire pizza. I called and Bobby (the manager) was helpful, gracious and did the right thing. Great customer service!!

The current cook knows how to make pizza crispy if you ask for crispy so the crust is pretty good right now. Over the years I have seen it go up and down, right now it is really good, yay. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely excellent pizza. Top to bottom, in and out fantastic pizza. Downside, is it's very pricy. Definitely not a budget pizza, but very quality. Frankly I'm pretty impressed. Employees are friendly and understanding. If you haven't had it, Definitely try it.

I just want to give a shout-out to Carson (sp?). He was so helpful with my delivery and suggested additional address markers for my house to ensure a better delivery experience. I had the opportunity to speak with him over the phone after my delivery, and was able to easily add an additional tip amount for his outstanding service. I truly appreciate his thoughtfulness and attention to detail and expressed my encouragement to keep doing what he's doing (Even though he already has 15 yrs of experience). Anyway, just want to express my gratitude and hope I'm lucky enough to interact with Carson again.

Disappointed 😞. They completely missed our ticket. Served every other customer after us. Even though we were the large reserved party. 60 pluse people. Everyone ordered thier own food. We were one of the first ones to put our order in everyone else was served why my son sat there and waited for his food. Over an hour wait for food. A waste of money and a waste of time. Will never come here again and this is why we stop doing any celebration parties at this place because of the lack of service the lack of accountability. And then was told they cannot give us a discount or compensation because they already give out too many for the day. What a way to make a kid feel left out you can tell by the look on his face that he was highly disappointed as he sat there and watched everyone eat in front of him and he had to wait.
