Called at 8:30pm to order take out. Answered the phone told me unfortunately they were closed......9:30pm is the posted closing time. Didn't even get a chance to say ok or anything just got hung up on. Is this how customer service is supposed to act? I'm super irritated. Do better be better. This is exactly how you lose paying customers. Prices are already high the customer service should be on par.

Great pizza, TERRIBLE customer service!Two times over the past year they have tried to NOT HONOR a coupon they offer on the Round Table website!They've told me since it's not on their computer they can't apply it! I showed them the coupon. It was obtained on the Round Table website, is for the Grass Valley location and is not expired! How can this be?It wasn't until I got frustrated did they adjust the price.Why did it have to get to that point?I have been going to the Grass Valley location over the past 20+ years! I remember a long time ago when they used paper coupons, I forgot to bring it in one timeand the manager still gave me the discount.They have given me reasons to take my business elsewhere!

Our small group ordered pizza, salad bar, and bread sticks.The salad bar was fresh, the pizza and bread sticks were delivered to our table nice and hot.Everything tasted perfect.Our host came by to chat with us a couple of times.

We went there for my daughters birthday party and literally every single game in their "arcade" was broken, no music just three big screen tvs. When we complained about the games they looked at me like I was from outer space and said, "there is nothing we can do about it, sorry!" I will say the food was decent but the service was terrible!! Another party left right behind us. This place used to be cool, it's really gone down hill! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I special ordered 3 Large 2-item Pizzas and an order of Garlic Pizza Twists. To be delivered about 3 miles away. $5 delivery fee $10 dollar tip for the driver Delivered in a timely fashion Order arrived. NO Twists.! $16.99 + 8-1/2% tax The driver only brought one each PACKETS OF peppers and cheese. The driver stated he would have the $16.99 removed from my bill. I later phoned the cashier, who assured me it was all done over the phone. A bit later, I received a MONEY Paid email, and they only removed $10 from my bill. NOT the $16.99 +TAX for the missing twists. The pizzas were sub-grade for this Round Table I used to eat at for 50 years. 1/2 of all were left uneaten by my group.
I ordered a pizza online to pick up. It says online they close at 9:30 and my order went thru to pick up at 9:02. I got there and it was closed and locked. No one called me and they charged my card. I called and saw employees in there and no one answered. I was so mad I drove 20 mins and they didn't call me to tell me they closed. This is so unacceptable and so unprofessional! I called the next day and they said they can't give me a refund and could only send me a coupon for a free pizza. They told me next time to go knock on some back door. Are you kidding me. This should have NEVER happened!!!!

Horrible service I called my order in was told it would be ready within 30 minutes. Got here and was told my order was a in the over would be just a couple minutes. 25 minutes later people that ordered after me got their pizzas and left. Made it back up to the counter where I was told they didn't know where one of my pizzas we're but they would make it right now. So now my other pizza is cold when I get the lost one. Very disappointing I won't come back here.

My wife is in the hospital with the ugly C word, and always did the cooking. I went to Papa Murphys for $20 and overcooked my own pizza, so decided to order from Round table. Now for $50 I got a burnt pizza again. I hate complaining about small things in life like this, but $50. This sucks. I have pictures but this doesn't seem to allow it.

Food is good but how is that I can order a pizza online that's on Special for $24.99 and when I pick it up it's $42 and they refuse to honor the special price? Drop the Round Table franchise if you're not going to participate in the specials and more importantly make it perfectly clear that you will be paying double upon pick up.
