We accidentally crashed the wine club fall party, but they let us come in. They were serving 4 wines and paired each one with a small bite. We had not been here for many years but they are pouring very well. There location in downtown Grass Valley is the perfect spot for a small town Christmas feel. It feels like you're in a Hallmark Christmas movie.
Had a lovely wine tasting at Sierra Starr, the experience was quite fun and was everything we would want from a tasting.The location is in the heart of downtown Grass Valley and the storefront is very welcoming. The shop has a wonderfully ornate carved wooden door, and the interior has a rustic brick and wood vibe. Consistently great wine with great people making it and serving it! They have the best selection of varietals of any local winery in the area IMO, as well. They know what they are doing here at Sierra Starr!
