5 minutes before 10 pm the guy tells me he can't take my lottery ticket scratchers after 10pm witch it wasn't. Plus California lottery law states otherwise. This was for under $10 & a free ticket. This store has gone down hill, wonder why they have such poor reviews. I will be reporting this to the lottery security & law enforcement division. Witch states scratch off are between the hours of 6am-2am & if they have a store policy, they have to offer you another form of payment.

When did they start hiring angry men that verbally attack women? I was in there today 8-15-24. 1:45-2:15 pm The nicest lady was helping me, this male employee butts in to our conversation to tell me I'm wrong & argue with me, when he finally sees he is wrong after arguing with me & raising his voice at me. I say maybe you should know what your talking about before you butt in. He tried to kick me out. The lady who should be in management still rang me up & as I was walking out the door this angry woman abuser says don't come back your 86'd. As a local business owner in this town myself when did this behavior from employees become acceptable? If it wasn't for this guy this store would have 5 stars. I go in there all the time & have never had an issue.. I don't believe this is a safe place for women to go alone if he is the only one there.

I obtained a "rewards" card for special offers at this particular store. First time using it, i purchased a drink and a six pack of beer. Upon paying the clerk, and after swuping my caed i asked if the credit was transfered to card. I asked bcuz i swiped it prior to paying. The young lady, with long blue hair and a bull ring peircing in her nose was very condasending and rudely answered by stating " yes ma'am why do u think i had u swipe the card? And your alcohol doesnt count". She needs to pick up some courses in costomer service skills.

They are SO helpful and nice! The gas prices are in the middle of the pack but more than make up for it inside. EVERYONE I've met has been professional, hard working and super accommodating. They're mountain-friendly, enough said.It's a gas station, with a "convenience store". It's not a ginormous over priced ampm. They don't have any silly mascot, which never mattered much to me anyway. (seems like it helps keep the prices in the "store" a little more normal... if you can do without the mascot that is)

I had a bad experience, it's not clear where parking is, 0715 in the morning, only one other car in the parking lot. I pulled up to the building on the side just past the stairs, somebody can out from inside and said " I have to find somewhere else to park, this is just sssssssstu, unacceptable". To early in the morning for rude people. I would have happily moved, I tried to pick a place out of the way. In addition, as I said, it was 7 am, the parking lot was empty. Not sure what the problem was. Hope you have a better morning.
