Very disappointed when it took 15 minutes to get two cake pops. When I paid they asked my name and made me wait for what seemed like forever. The cake pops were within reaching distance from the cashier. Geez take my money, get a bag, put them in and hand it to me for goodness sake!

very clean inside but absolute horrible service, the workers have no idea what they’re doing. I went today, but the lady working messed up my order three times. No offense but is a panini really that hard to remember? Instead she gave me a ham & swiss croissant and messed up my drink. Genuinely annoying not getting what you want so i hope she pays better attention. Especially since this isn’t her first time messing up.

We are coffee enthusiasts. We travel the states and try coffee joints. We order our same. White chocolate mocha with a pump of caramel praline. We went through drive thru to get out coffee. It took us 20 min to get coffee. Bad customer service. Didn't even acknowledge that we're sitting for that long. Coffee was good. Hopefully they had a better morning.

The worst Starbucks I've ever visited. My Trenta black ice tea with no water was not like any other including those in Hong Kong, Manila, Cagayan de oro. I questioned the drive thru why it was so weak and clear he handed it back an said the manager disputed my claim as she made it. I threw it out of the truck upon leaving. Rude and obviously they ran short of tea and tried passing it off as with no water.

I’ve visited several Starbucks locations, and unfortunately, this one doesn’t quite measure up. The coffee here doesn’t taste as good as the same drinks I’ve ordered at other branches. If you’re planning to work from this location, keep in mind that the music is quite loud, and the poor acoustics make it easy to hear loud chair movements. Taking phone calls can also be difficult, as background noise can interfere with conversations. On the positive side, the bathrooms are usually clean in the morning. The service is decent overall, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
Is there anyway the district manager can get a hold of me please?

My second visit yoday. The drive through us treacherous! It's right off a busy road, and causes cars to hang out on the main road waiting for cars in drive through to move. But today I went inside. First, the bagel I ordered was too hard to bite. Literally like a rock! I asked it to be toasted. I took it to the counter and received a "Sorry about that" ..no, it wasn't burnt, probably extremely stale. I ordered a Venti Breve' and it was served in a large regular coffee cup. I asked and was told Starbucks was going back to its Classic Cups for those eating or drinking inside. Well...you get jipped of a full Venti cup of coffee. I proved it when I asked it to be placed in a to go cup. Won't go back.

Never a dull moment here, today the service was a bit slow, the workers seemed rushed and overworked, perhaps they had some people call out, otherwise I left pleased with our order.
