I don't drink coffee but my kids have to get Starbucks. I do enjoy some of the baked goodies from time to time. This location has a crap parking lot and street entrance , add in bay area travelers who can't drive and it's a mess

Update: I was willing to give it another try. This time I was not disappointed. It started while the drink was being Blended. They picked up the cup and showed it some love with some Caramel 😍😍😍 I felt my mood change from a pick me up to excited delight. Knowing I had a great treat to look forward to the dopamine boost was primed and waiting for that first sweet, warm and cold sip. Very very pleased with this time. Will include old review to show that there was an issue and you can see the difference 🥰
------ Original: After waiting 20 minutes + for my Caramel Frappuccino I was given what I could only describe as a basic Frappuccino. They quickly took care of a drink order just before mine and made mine and then one person wondered off leaving one to deal with the counter while my drink just needed the Carmel and the lid. And as you could see no Caramel. After waiting as long I did I just wanted to leave.

KELSEY IS AMAZING! She literally helped us invent our drink and ever since we’ve been loyal customers. Kelsey deserves a raise she’s our favorite barista and she always makes it extra good! Sometimes there is a line since it’s in a grocery store but it’s worth the wait! :)

This Starbucks is conveniently located inside the Safeway. That means if you have the Safeway fresh pass, they give you one $2 grande starbucks drink per month and you know I cash it in every month! The service has been conveniently friendly and drinks are great every time. Sometimes seems a bit short staffed, but all around I've had a good experience every time thus far.
